A WORD FROM JULIEN MAUBERT

To mark his first ten months as Head of the Fragrance Division at Robertet Group, Julien Maubert reflects on this new chapter in his career, the encounters that have shaped his experience, and the ambitions that will guide the division in the years ahead.

“It has already been ten months since I took the helm of the Fragrance Division. Ten intense, exciting months, and above all, months filled with meaningful encounters.

After nearly ten years leading the Natural Raw Materials Division, this new responsibility represents both a natural continuation of my journey and a new challenge. The challenge of building on our unique knowledge of natural ingredients and our expertise to further enhance them through our fragrances and creativity.

What has probably struck me most over these past months is the passion and commitment of our teams. In France and internationally, I have truly enjoyed meeting them, listening, understanding and sharing our ambitions for the future.

I have also had the opportunity to meet many clients around the world. These exchanges have reinforced one conviction: Robertet has something truly unique in the world of perfumery, through its history, natural ingredients, expertise and creativity.

These first ten months have also allowed me to set a new direction with our Connect • Create • Elevate strategy: better connecting our teams and clients, continuously strengthening our creativity, and elevating what makes Robertet truly distinctive.

I feel a great sense of pride in taking on this responsibility today, but above all, tremendous enthusiasm for what lies ahead.

This is only the beginning. The opportunities ahead are exciting, our ambition is strong, and I am very happy to be writing this new chapter alongside all the Robertet teams.”
