We are pleased to announce the acquisition of a minority stake in Nhat Tan, Robertet’s long-standing partner in Vietnam.

For more than 25 years, Robertet and Nhat Tan have built a strong and lasting relationship based on trust, through a collaboration that now spans three generations of the Lan and Maubert families.

Over the years, strong personal and professional ties have developed between the two families. In particular, the relationship built over the past decade between Arthur Le Tourneur d’Ison and Thérésa Dinh has helped strengthen the trust and long-term vision that underpin this investment today.

This investment marks a new chapter in our partnership and further strengthens our presence in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic and promising markets.

This strategic investment reflects Robertet’s ambition to accelerate its development in high-potential regions while laying the foundations for sustainable growth. It will enable us to launch new strategic projects, further strengthen our local operations, and explore new opportunities in the development of natural raw materials.
