Jérôme Bruhat is Chief Executive Officer of the Robertet Group, the world leader in natural raw materials and a premier player in fragrances, flavors, and active ingredients for the cosmetics, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Robertet is an independent, publicly traded company controlled by the Maubert family, founded more than 175 years ago and still headquartered in Grasse, France.

As CEO since 2022, Jérôme Bruhat has focused on strengthening the company’s core foundations, driving global growth, and modernizing operations. He leads a strategy that builds on Robertet’s unique expertise and innovation in natural products, while advancing international expansion and operational agility to stay closely aligned with customer and market needs. In partnership with the Maubert family, he is steering the Robertet Group into the next phase of its development.

A former L’Oréal executive for more than thirty years, he held senior general management roles in Europe, Asia, and the United States, and served as President of L’Oréal Japan from 2015 to 2021, the world’s third-largest beauty market.
