MME ISABELLE DE CREMOUX

CHAIRWOMAN OF AUDIT COMMITTEE

Isabelle de Crémoux holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and a DECF (accounting and finance diploma). She began her career in 1991 with Arthur Andersen in Detroit, USA, before joining Pfizer France and Pfizer Europe for 6 years. She held various positions in management control, clinical research and business development.

In 1998, she became Deputy Director of Business Development at Laboratoire Fournier/Abbott, in charge of product and technology licensing, as well as acquisitions, where she was involved in numerous international transactions.

In 2001, Isabelle de Crémoux created the Life Sciences department at Seventure Partners, an investment management company. She helped establish Seventure Partners as one of Europe’s leading innovation-driven private equity firms, investing in biotech, nutrition, healthcare and personalized medicine companies, with a particular focus on the microbiome. Since 2014 she has held the position of Chairman of the Executive Board at Seventure Partners.

In addition, from 2015 until its acquisition by Givaudan she served as an independent director at Naturex, a company specializing in the production and marketing of plant-based ingredients.

She is also a member of the Innovation Council and President of the Private Equity Commission of the AFG (Association Française de la Gestion Financière).

In 2023, at the age of 54, Isabelle de Crémoux joined the Robertet Group’s Board of Directors as a member of the Audit Committee, convinced of the potential for innovation in the natural sciences sector.
