Marie Ahmadzadeh, a specialist in minority investments, is Managing Director at Peugeot Invest, which she joined in 2015, where she co-leads the direct investment activity. A graduate of ESCP Europe with a Master’s degree in Management, she brings strong expertise in corporate finance, in-depth knowledge of financial markets and listed companies, as well as experience supporting industrial and family-owned businesses.

She began her career at Goldman Sachs in London, within the Mergers & Acquisitions and Financing teams, before joining the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement / Bpifrance Mid & Large Cap, where she further deepened her investment experience.

Throughout her career, Marie Ahmadzadeh has taken part in the governance of numerous companies, both listed and unlisted. She currently serves as a non-voting board observer at International SOS and previously held board positions at Groupe SEB and Tikehau Capital Advisors. Her involvement in nomination, compensation, and ESG committees reflects her commitment to transparency and sustainable performance.

At Peugeot Invest, she embodies a responsible investment approach based on active and constructive dialogue with companies, promoting continuous improvement around best practices in governance and social and environmental responsibility.
