Annual pro-active presentations reflect: strategic directions taken by the Robertet Group; various market and consumer analyses; and the transversal view of the market that Robertet has acquired in dairy, beverages, savoury, confectionery, etc. The goal of these presentations is to stimulate innovation among our most important partners in order to satisfy the future expectations of tomorrow's consumers.

Our R&D builds on our experience, striving to discover in nature the natural raw materials and molecules/isolates that will shape the tastes of tomorrow. Our researchers are continually developing new methods of extraction, distillation and isolation.

Cosmafrica

Nature as a source of inspiration was the premise on which the Cosmafrica programme was developed. The roots of the programme are in South Africa, dating back to Robertet's acquisition of a botanical centre. Ethno-botanical and botanical studies are carried out to source new natural raw materials, fostered by the climate and the rich biodiversity in that part of the world. Extracting these new raw materials and subjecting them to organoleptic and technical analyses, enable Robertet to offer flavours and indigenous extracts that can be incorporated into our partners' new products, capitalising on the demand for health, pleasure and/or the exotic.
